Silent Auction Rules
By participating in the silent auction, each bidder agrees to the following rules:
- The bidder shall not, at any time, withdraw his bid.
- All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
- All items are “as is.” Items are described based on the information provided by donors.
- The winner will receive a confirmation email at the closing and will have 5 days to make the payment. Failing this, the previous highest bidder will receive a confirmation email.
- The shipping fees of the items will be paid by CN, unless otherwise indicated in the item description offered for sale.
- Each bidder agrees to absolve the CN Employees' and Pensioners' Community Fund and the prize donors from any liability.
- CN Community Fund is not responsible for the geographical limitation traveling to a sold item.
- No tax receipt will be issued for a purchase item.
- Visa or MasterCard accepted.
