Silent Auction Rules

By participating in the silent auction, each bidder agrees to the following rules:
 

  1. The bidder shall not, at any time, withdraw his bid.
     
  2. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
     
  3. All items are “as is.” Items are described based on the information provided by donors.
     
  4. The winner will receive a confirmation email at the closing and will have 5 days to make the payment. Failing this, the previous highest bidder will receive a confirmation email.
     
  5. The shipping fees of the items will be paid by CN, unless otherwise indicated in the item description offered for sale.
     
  6. Each bidder agrees to absolve the CN Employees' and Pensioners' Community Fund and the prize donors from any liability.
     
  7. CN Community Fund is not responsible for the geographical limitation traveling to a sold item.
     
  8. No tax receipt will be issued for a purchase item.
     
  9. Visa or MasterCard accepted.
