CASCA (Comité d'Aide et de Secours pour les Chats Abandonnés) is a non-profit, 100% volunteer run charity, whose goal is to find permanent homes for lost, abandoned or neglected cats. Our goal is also to help people who find a cat and wish to adopt him/her.
