Jessie’s House, the first new shelter to be built in Alberta in 22 years, is expected to open the spring of 2020. The 36-bed facility will shelter individuals of any age or gender and families fleeing family violence in the Sturgeon Region, including St. Albert, the Edmonton Garrisob & Alexander First Nation.
